The Maker Faire is coming back to Montreal and it’s going to be better than ever with your participation. We are calling on all makers, do-it-yourselfers, hackers, tinkerers, inventors and creators to bring us the most amazing show and tell Montreal has ever seen. Bring us your most engaging, interactive, playful and inspiring projects! Share with each other and the public, and support the maker movement.

Maker Faires can cover a broad range of making activities and kinds of makers. Who Can Apply?
Applications may be submitted by anyone and everyone at no cost. Entries can be submitted by individuals, or by groups such as professional and community organizations, artists, clubs, startups and schools. If you are new to Maker Faires and festivals then check out makerfaire.com to get some idea of what Maker Faires are like. Applications are now open but space is limited, so apply now!
Please note that Maker Faires are not trade shows and are non-commercial in nature. While sales of items are not prohibited, priority will be given to exhibits that align with our themes, that focus on offering people opportunities to share ideas and projects, that are interactive, and that highlight the process of making.
What Happens Next?
After applying, we will send an email confirming that we have received your entry form. If you don’t receive this email, let us know: Montrealmakerfaire@gmail.com.
Acceptances are sent via email in October. Once accepted, you will receive an agreement form that must be signed and returned. With your acceptance, you will receive information that will help you begin to plan for your participation.
